By using this website, joining The School of Courage™ Membership, purchasing digital products, applying for VIP Coaching, or participating in any services offered by The School of Courage, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” “us”), you agree to the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or website.

1. Overview

The School of Courage provides personal development education, coaching programs, group coaching, private coaching, workshops, digital content, and related services. All materials provided are for informational and educational purposes only.

2. Use of Our Website & Services

You must be 18 years or older to participate in our programs. You agree not to use our content or services for any unlawful purpose or to violate any local, state, or federal laws.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, including coaching materials, worksheets, videos, membership modules, written content, trademarks, and branding are the property of The School of Courage, LLC.

You may not:

  • Share, sell, or distribute membership or coaching materials
  • Duplicate or reproduce content for commercial use
  • Teach or repurpose any program content without written permission

Your membership gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use the materials while you are an active member.

4. Payments, Billing & Cancellations

4.1 Payment Authorization

By purchasing any product or subscription, you authorize us (and our payment processors, including Stripe and GoHighLevel Payments) to charge your chosen payment method.

4.2 Monthly Membership Billing

Monthly membership renews automatically every 30 days until canceled. You can cancel at any time inside your member account or by emailing [email protected].

4.3 Annual Membership Billing

Annual membership renews every 12 months. You will receive a reminder email before renewal when possible.

4.4 Refunds, Guarantees & Satisfaction Policy

Membership (Monthly & Annual):

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for new members. If within the first 30 days you feel the membership is not right for you, email [email protected] for a full refund.

After the 30-day window:

  • Monthly memberships: No refunds for partial months. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
  • Annual memberships: Non-refundable after the 30-day guarantee period. Cancellation prevents future renewal.

VIP Private Coaching Packages:

Because VIP coaching includes reserved time slots, private preparation, and personalized support:

  • Payments are non-refundable once coaching begins.
  • If accepted into VIP and you have not begun your first session, you may request a refund within .
  • Payment plan participants must complete all remaining payments.

If a specific program page lists a different guarantee, that guarantee applies to that program only.

5. Coaching Disclaimer

Coaching is not therapy, mental health treatment, or medical advice. The Company does not diagnose, treat, or provide clinical services.

You understand that:

  • Results are not guaranteed
  • You are responsible for your decisions and outcomes
  • Coaching does not replace therapy, legal, financial, or medical care

If at any time your coach believes you require medical, psychological, or clinical support, we may recommend external resources.

6. Confidentiality

We keep your personal information and coaching content private, except when disclosure is required by law (e.g., harm to self/others, abuse, or legal orders).

You agree not to share personal stories or identities of other members or participants outside of the coaching environment.

7. Community Conduct

Inside group calls, membership spaces, or community forums, you agree to:

  • Be respectful
  • Maintain confidentiality
  • Refrain from hateful, offensive, or harmful behavior

We reserve the right to remove any participant who violates community guidelines without refund.

8. Technology & Access

Access to digital content requires an internet connection. You are responsible for your device, software, and internet.

If technical issues arise within our control, we will resolve them as quickly as possible. Downtime does not qualify for refunds.

9. Termination of Services

We may terminate access to any program, with notice, for violations of these Terms. If termination is due to misconduct, no refunds will be issued.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The School of Courage, LLC is not liable for:

  • Any damages arising from the use or inability to use our services
  • Loss of income, business opportunities, or emotional outcomes
  • Actions you choose to take based on coaching or training

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

12. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The updated version will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date.
