  • Responses to forms, applications, surveys, or questionnaires
  • Information shared inside coaching sessions, group coaching spaces, or membership submissions (kept confidential)

When you visit our website or membership platform, we may automatically collect:

Your data is stored securely inside the GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM, website, and membership systems.

  • Secure payment processors (Stripe)
  • Password-protected accounts
  • Restricted staff access

While we do our best to protect your data, no digital platform can guarantee 100% security.

4. Sharing of Information

We do NOT sell or rent your personal information.

We may share information only with:

  • GoHighLevel (CRM/Email/Forms) – to deliver emails, manage your account, and host your membership content.
  • Stripe – to process payments securely.
  • Trusted contractors – such as virtual assistants, ONLY as needed to support business operations and under confidentiality.
  • Marketing platforms such as Meta or Google – only through anonymous pixel data.

Your coaching session content, personal details, or application answers are never shared outside of required operational purposes.

5. Email Communications & Consent

By submitting a form, joining a waitlist, signing up for membership, or applying for coaching, you consent to receiving email communications from The School of Courage.

You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any email.

6. Your Rights

You may request to:

  • Update your information
  • Access your stored data
  • Delete your data (“right to be forgotten”)
  • Opt out of marketing emails
